In 2017 I was dying to try and bring animation to Lakewood email templates. We had never tried it before, and I finally saw opportunity with a unique email blast design I happened to see in the pre-approval stages. I noticed in the revision process, there were a few background options before a final, static design was approved. I had this idea to break down the template and include every background as a flashing gif. The marketing director approved my pitch and below is what I created and coded as the final email blast to Lakewood Church and Joel Osteen Ministries constituents.
